Mātātoa is a 2D adventure platformer where you play as a Māori warrior searching for his sunken whare (home). Explore different environments while avoiding obstacles and defeating enemies, such as taniwha and patupaiarehe.

Enjoyed my time! I really liked the instrumentation on the music track and the ambience it provided.
Ran into one recurring bug where you can't move after running into a wall going right, came up near the beginning and the 2nd level.
I learned the hard way what my best options were for the enemies lol.
